No. For vacant listings we work from the lockbox or a code, lock up when we finish, and text you photos. For occupied homes we coordinate the time with you or your seller.
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to you or your brokerage before the job.
Either one. We can invoice you or bill your seller directly, whichever works for the deal.
You pick an amount, we send you a certificate with your name on it to give your buyers at closing, and they call us to book their first cleaning in the new home.
