Ideally, schedule your cleaning once all construction, painting, and installation work is complete. We need the trades to be finished so dust is no longer being generated. Most clients book us for the day after final walkthrough with their contractor.
Yes. We have cleaned everything from single-bathroom remodels to full-home renovations in Atherton and Palo Alto. Larger projects may require multiple visits or a bigger team. We will assess the scope and provide an honest estimate.
Most post-construction cleans require two to three passes. The first pass removes heavy debris and bulk dust. Subsequent passes focus on detail work — surfaces, fixtures, vents, and windows. Very dusty projects may need an additional pass.
We can remove light paint splatters from hard surfaces and adhesive residue from windows and fixtures using appropriate solvents. Heavy paint removal or floor refinishing falls outside our scope, but we are happy to recommend trusted specialists.
A single-room renovation like a kitchen or bathroom typically takes four to six hours. A full-home renovation can take one to two full days depending on the level of dust and the number of rooms. We will estimate the timeline during our assessment.
